Scorers

All baseball teams need a scorekeeper to keep track of the details of the game. Statistics include runs, outs, strikes, balls, while advanced score keepers will track the detailed ins and outs of the game. Its really important for every team to have at least one score keeper who will commit to honing their scoring skills each season.

It is a league requirement that every team provides a score keeper at each game. This can be done by parents, grandparents, siblings, or anyone else associated with the team.

We encourage all our score keepers to attend one of the many score keeping courses run by the NSW Baseball Scorers Association at various locations around Sydney, and the club will pay any course fees associated with attending one of the NBSA's courses
